About the event
Must purchase ticket(s) at the door for $15 including skates, this is only an RSVP of your interest in attending. Come out to have a blast the night of Juneteenth, Monday, June 19th for this inaugural Juneteenth Skate Party. Not only will we be recognizing those standing for equality but also providing a significant portion of the proceeds to support the TSU Men’s Initiative which provides support to second-year African American/Black Male students to help them persist to the next semester and continue towards graduation. As well as local Nonprofit Legacy615 which is dedicated to educating and empowering adolescent females and women in primary and secondary education, social transformation, health & wellness, and beauty.
You will enjoy great music, skating, vendors, and games. Food is available for purchase. The requested attire is ALL BLACK.
